How It Started
HireFrancoTalent was founded after witnessing firsthand the friction in the C16 hiring process — employers unsure of the paperwork, candidates unsure of their eligibility, and no single platform bridging the gap.
We built the platform we wished existed: a curated marketplace where compliance is built in, candidates are pre-vetted, and employers can hire with confidence — without a single LMIA.
